    These aren’t the Brussel sprouts you scoffed at as a kid, they’re smoky & seasoned to perfection.

    • 2 lbs brussel sprouts
    • 1 Medium white onion, sliced
    • 8 pieces bacon
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    When ready to cook, start your Traeger grill on smoke with lid open until fire is established (4-5 minutes) increase temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat with lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Place Bacon Directly on grill great. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from grill and set aside on paper towel lined plate.

    Slice onion in half and then slice into 1⁄4 inch moons and add to large mixing bowl. Slice brussel sprouts in half lengthwise and add to bowl.

    Cut reserved bacon into 1⁄2 inch pieces and add to bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and pour into baking pan.

    Turn the temperature on grill to 375 and place baking pan on grill. Roast for 30 minute mixing halfway through cooking.

    Serve immediately. Enjoy!
