- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 lemons lemons, juiced
- Handful of fresh basil, roughly chopped

When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix all ingredients to create sauce and cover fish in marinade for 45 minutes.
Grill the marinated fish on the Traeger until it reaches an internal temperature of 140-145 degrees F. Serve immediately, enjoy!
