Our sweet mandarin salmon recipe features tangy Traeger Mandarin Glaze with a hint of fresh lime juice and seasonings. Brush it onto a salmon filet and finish it on the Traeger for flaky seafood perfection.

    • 1 side salmon cut into fillets (about 4)
    • 1 bottle Traeger's Mandarin Glaze
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
    • Jacobsen Salt, pinch
    • 1 side salmon cut into fillets (about 4)
    • 1 bottle Traeger's Mandarin Glaze
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
    • Jacobsen Salt, pinch

Start the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Preheat to High for 10 to 15 minutes, lid closed.

For the glaze, combine Mandarin Glaze, lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, cilantro and fresh cracked black pepper. Mix together.

Cut the salmon into 4 fillets. Brush with glaze and place directly on the grill grate, skin side down.

Cook until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F (about 15-20 minutes). Half way through cook time, brush salmon again with the glaze.

Remove the salmon from the grill and serve with remaining glaze if desired. Enjoy!
