- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

- 8, 6-oz. Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
- Traeger Mandarin Glaze

- 2 quarts Cold Water
- 1/2 cup Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 8, 6-oz. Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
- Traeger Mandarin Glaze
- Scallions, thinly sliced
Pour water, salt, brown sugar, and soy sauce into a large mixing bowl and stir until sugar and salt dissolve. Submerge chicken breasts in the brine, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Drain the chicken, rinse, and pat dry on paper towels. Discard the brine.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Arrange the chicken breasts on the grill grate and cook, turning once halfway through the cooking time, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature, when read on an instant-read meat thermometer is 170 degrees F
Brush the chicken breasts with the Traeger Mandarin Glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
Remove to a platter or plates and serve with steamed rice and sprinkle the chicken breasts with chopped scallions for garnish. Enjoy!
