Mustard Beef Short Ribs:
- 6 (4 or 5 inch-long) beef short ribs

Mustard Beef Short Ribs:
- 6 (4 or 5 inch-long) beef short ribs
- 1 cup yellow mustard
- 2 cups beef broth
Rub:
- 3 Tbsp Jacobsen Salt
- 3 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 3 Tbsp Traeger Prime Rib Rub
Start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 275 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 5 to 10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients for the rub in a mixing bowl. Set aside. Slather the ribs in mustard. Season all sides of the beef ribs with the rub.
Cook ribs on the grill until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Once it reaches this temperature, take off the grill and wrap in a double layer of foil. Add 2 cups of beef broth to the foil packet.
Put rib packet back on the Traeger until they reach an internal temperature of 204 degrees F (about 2 hours).
Pull the ribs off and let them rest for at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
