Toss those broccoli trees in fresh lemon, herbs, & parmesan for a refreshing summer side dish. Robust hardwood smoke makes grilled vegetables taste amazing.
- 6 cups fresh broccoli, cut into bite sized chunks
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 cups fresh broccoli, cut into bite sized chunks

Place broccoli in a large zip top bag. Combine the lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle over broccoli and toss to coat. Let stand for 30 minutes.
When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open for 4-5 minutes until the fire is established.
Close the lid, turn the temperature up to 325 degrees fahrenheit and preheat for 10-15 minutes.
Place the broccoli in Traeger's Grilling Basket to prevent the broccoli from sticking or falling through the grate.
Grill broccoli for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Enjoy!
