Pig out on this pork chop — it’s roasted, then seared, for juicy, tender meat.
- 6 pork chops
- Traeger Pork and poultry rub
- 6 pork chops
- Traeger Pork and poultry rub
Generously rub pork chops with Traeger Pork & Poultry rub. Let rest for 15 minutes.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 275 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place pork chops directly on the grate for 30 minutes, flip and cook for another 30 minutes.
Remove pork chops from grill and move the temperature to High. Once grill come to temperature, place the pork chops back on the grill for 3 minutes each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Once done, remove from Traeger and rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
