The classic Egg Salad Sandwich gets an upgrade with Traeger-smoked eggs.

• Traeger Smoked egg salad
• 1 loaf of thick texas toast

• 1 head of lettuce of your choice
• 1 lemon wedge

• hot sauce (optional)

Gather the bread and lettuces together on a cutting board.

Slice the lettuce thin and dress it with some lemon juice. Then slice your bread if necessary.

You can toast the bread if you like, but we like this sandwich with soft bread.

Add a generous scoop of Smoked Egg Salad to the bottom slice of bread, top with lettuce and another slice of bread.

Enjoy each bite with a bit of hot sauce, if that’s your thing! Enjoy!
