Break out the skewers and strap your coconuts on. Everyone loves a luau and fresh grilled fish is at the top of the menu. Sweet mahi-mahi makes you feel like you're retreating to the islands. Let the Traeger bring the fire, so you can show off your hula.
- 1 Mahi-Mahi Fillets
- 1 Zucchini- Green and Yellow
- 1 cup Red Onions
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 1 cup Flat Green Beans
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Traeger Veggie Shake
- 1 tsp. Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan
- 1 tsp. Traeger Mediterranean Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Traeger Salmon Shake
- 1 tsp. Basil Leaves
- 1 Mahi-Mahi Fillets
- 1 Zucchini- Green and Yellow
- 1 cup Red Onions
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 1 cup Flat Green Beans
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Traeger Veggie Shake
- 1 tsp. Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan
- 1 tsp. Traeger Mediterranean Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Traeger Salmon Shake
- 1 tsp. Basil Leaves
Cut mahi-mahi into fifteen squares.
Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Thread ingredients onto Traeger skewers.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger on smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to 450 (high) and preheat, lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place kabobs in grill and cook for 8 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
